To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required.
Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or as specified during the booking process.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Tours:
Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to departure will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits.
Cancellations made 30–44 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour.
International Flights:
All international flight tickets purchased through Nile Bus Travel are non-refundable. Once the ticket is issued, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
For issues related to airline tickets, including changes or cancellations, passengers must contact the airline directly.
3. Travel Insurance
Guests are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Nile Bus Travel is not responsible for any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Health and Safety
Guests must disclose any health issues or concerns that may affect their participation in tours. Nile Bus Travel is not liable for health-related incidents or emergencies during the trip.
5. Liability
While Nile Bus Travel strives to ensure the safety of all guests, it cannot be held liable for injuries, losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. All guests are responsible for complying with local laws and customs during their travels.
6. Itinerary Changes
Nile Bus Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or potential refunds when applicable.
7. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints or concerns should be communicated promptly to Nile Bus Travel. Disputes will be governed by the laws of Egypt.
8. Acceptance of Terms
